Our goal is to ensure your measuring experience is seamless, and we provide a straightforward process for all returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our dedicated support team via the Moasure help center to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Device

  Place the Moasure tool and all original accessories back into their original packaging to ensure the electronics are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
